Phillip Clark, Founder
Phillip Clark began building homes in Atlanta in 1976 with a focus on designing and building classic homes and communities in intown neighborhoods and historic districts. Since then, Phil has built over 500 homes and earned a reputation as a trusted expert in navigating the meticulous demands of design-build projects with clients and in cooperation with civic associations, preservationists, and neighborhood planning units.
Blending high design with livable appeal, Phil creates enduring value in meticulous new homes – respecting the intent, maximizing the potential, and refining the execution of each singular design. His unfailing attention to detail begins with design conception and continues through construction to completion. Developed primarily in Atlanta’s inner neighborhoods, custom homes by Phillip Clark have sold on average for $2 Million to $10 Million. His work has been featured in notable publications including Southern Living, Better Homes and Gardens, and Architectural Digest. He is past president of his local Home Builders Association as well as a past Director of the National Home Builder Association.
Phil has traveled widely in France, Italy, and England studying architecture, landscape architecture, and building. He graduated first in his class from the University of South Carolina College of Business.
