Frederick Trust: Mansion
Druid Hills, Atlanta, GA

Discreetly woven into Atlanta historic Druid Hills neighborhood, Frederick Trust is ideally situated along the canopy of Olmstead Linear Park and named for the same cherished landscape designer, Frederick Olmstead. The centerpiece of this exclusive community is a stately mansion dating to 1926 which was fully reimagined as two luxurious residences. Frederick Trust was developed in close cooperation with the Druid Hills Civic Association to honor the rich history of the Ponce de Leon property.

A grand circular staircase and original, intricate molding are complemented by an elevator and private owner’s floor with custom-curated fixtures throughout including stained glass windows, grand chandeliers and other unique historic touches reflecting the site’s unique legacy.

A third level retreat features additional bedrooms, and a carriage house features a finished studio and full bath above, providing the convenience of an in-law suite, secondary home office, gym, or art studio.

The Mansion residences are nestled among lush gardens and tranquil footpaths.
