Phillip Clark Custom Named Builder of 2026 Serenbe Designer Showhouse

One of Atlanta’s favorite events is back this fall. Phillip Clark Custom is pleased to partner with Serenbe and Atlanta Homes & Lifestyles Magazine to present the 13th annual Serenbe Designer Showhouse, benefitting the Decorative Arts Fellowship in partnership with the Art Farm’s Creative Residency Program.

The 2026 Serenbe Designer Showhouse is an exquisite custom estate nestled in Serenbe’s coveted Overlook hamlet that showcases biophilic design at its best overlooking protected forest views and with direct access to Cedar Creek. This open concept design is stunning in its abundance of natural light, seamless indoor-outdoor connections, and exceptional attention to detail. Inside, the Showhouse will showcase the work of more than a dozen acclaimed designers, each bringing a unique vision and style to the experience.
